We built our internship and job-shadowing network on a simple premise: a curriculum should be an on-ramp to a career, not a certificate. Students are placed directly with the caliber of enterprise and institution our own researchers and coaches came from, across AI, aerospace, and Silicon Valley product engineering.

We can't predict an exact future, but we can name the disciplines it will run on: AI, aerospace, advanced health, and the literacies that support them. Our research measures success against the arc of civilization, not the school year — moving society toward a higher-capability, higher-energy future by making sure the next generation, human and machine, is fluent in what gets us there. We build that pedagogy in collaboration with ministries of education, education consortiums, and the communities we serve directly.
