Donations
Because charitable donations are used to fund our programs as soon as they are received, donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error — for example, a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount, or an unauthorized transaction — please contact us as soon as possible. We review each request individually and, where an error is confirmed, will issue a correction or refund to the original payment method.
Program and Event Fees
Where a specific program, camp, or event carries its own published refund or cancellation terms, those terms take precedence over this general policy. Absent a program-specific policy, fee-based program payments are handled on the same case-by-case basis described above.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or report a payment error, contact us with your name, the date of the transaction, and the amount charged. We aim to review and respond to all requests as promptly as possible.
Modifications
We may amend this Refund Policy from time to time; please review it periodically. Your continued use of our payment and donation tools after any such changes are posted constitutes your agreement to the revised policy.
