We bring expertise in open-source LMS infrastructure as well as enterprise-ready integrations, and we work directly with NGO program leads to reduce budget strain while making the best use of the software you already have.
Curiosity Research Corporation is a nonprofit research and curriculum house — we don't sell NGOs a packaged program, we co-build one, using your existing reach and our S.P.A.R.K. framework, Curiosity Coaches, and DreamTrack tools.

Curiosity Classroom
Curiosity Classroom is our open-source LMS, designed entirely in-house and treated as a research artifact — documented, tested, and refined the way a lab refines a protocol. It runs on widely used open-source LMS tooling, so an NGO partner keeps full control over its own learning ecosystem and data without licensing fees or a corporate sponsor dependency. For programs that need offline-first access in low-connectivity regions, Curiosity Classroom is built to run on simple, low-cost servers and can be operational in weeks rather than months.
Curiosity Coaches for the Field
Curiosity Coaches are AI-driven mentor guides built on agentic AI practice, deployable alongside NGO field staff to extend mentorship capacity without adding headcount. They don't lecture — they spark questions, go deep on one subject at a time, and normalize mistakes as part of the learning process, which matters most in programs where a single coordinator is supporting dozens of learners at once.

We build the pedagogy for a learner's full arc — from first spark to career-ready mastery — through the Curiosity Consortium and a set of interconnected learning programs. 
The Consortium is a full-service curriculum spanning preschool through career advancement, built around the frontier disciplines a next-century workforce will need.
Consortium programs are organized by age, region, and community need, and every one of them is built on the S.P.A.R.K. framework and the Dream Quest learning journey. We treat AI fluency, computational thinking, and emerging-technology literacy as core literacies — equal in priority to reading and writing — and DreamTrack instruments each Dreamer's progress into an auditable, portfolio-grade record. Curiosity Research Corporation continues to bring on partners, including NGOs already embedded in the communities we want to reach, to extend this infrastructure further while staying true to a pedagogy built from first principles rather than adopted from a publisher.
