Our Curiosity Coaches also give a business the option to bring on a student before they're fully independent, with AI-driven mentorship support running alongside the placement rather than leaving your team to train from zero.

Consortium programs are organized by age and community need, connected by the S.P.A.R.K. framework and the Dream Quest learning journey. We treat AI fluency, computational thinking, and emerging-technology literacy as core literacies — equal in priority to reading and writing — and DreamTrack instruments each Dreamer's progress into a portfolio-grade record a small business can actually evaluate before making a hire.
