A Self-Directed Path Through the Dream Quest

Home-schooled and after-school Dreamers follow the same Dream Quest journey as our cohort-based programs, just self-paced. Spark Sessions and Curiosity Coaches replace the fixed classroom schedule with a self-directed one — job shadowing, internships, and business incubation available the moment a student's curiosity points that direction.

President Matthew Hackney is a cited source in Dr. Jerry Cook's book Raising CEO Kids, published over a decade ago when he was already a recognized name in childhood education. Vice President Zain Raza started his first company at 12, in Pakistan, before joining the organization as a student himself. Our home-school pedagogy is built on the premise both of their stories demonstrate: aptitude, not age, should set the ceiling on what a learner can attempt.

A student who loves writing might take an internship at a publishing house; a student drawn to science might job-shadow a research lab's day-to-day schedule, in person or virtually. DreamTrack records participation and aptitude data throughout, so the resulting portfolio is auditable rather than anecdotal.

Get Involved

Curiosity Coaches use AI-driven, agentic mentorship to adapt to each child's pace — students who excel are guided into peer-leadership roles rather than held to a fixed curriculum ceiling. Families can adopt our tools modularly, adding Spark Sessions or a Curiosity Coach individually, or enroll fully in the Dream Quest journey from S.P.A.R.K. to Capstone.

Every home-school partnership routes into the Curiosity Consortium — the umbrella of programs, spaces, and networks available to a partner family. Consortium programs span Preschool through career advancement, so a family can start wherever their Dreamer actually is.

The Consortium connects Curiosity Coaches, Spark Sessions, and Curiosity Camps into one pathway, so a Dreamer's progress carries over from program to program instead of resetting with each new one.
