Curiosity Research Corporation runs two distinct programs for people who want hands-on time with our team, not just a certificate: internships and mentorship. Both put you to work inside real projects — not a rotation of admin tasks — and both are held to the same evidence standard we hold ourselves to: work that's logged in DreamTrack, our auditable portfolio system, in a form a university or employer can actually verify.
An internship means working directly in one of the disciplines our team practices — AI/ML research, curriculum design, or program engineering — alongside practitioners who came from those fields. Every intern is paired with a named mentor for the duration of the internship, and every finished piece of work becomes portfolio-grade evidence in DreamTrack. Current tracks include AI/ML Research and Curriculum Design; the internship page below has the specifics and the application.
Mentorship is a separate program: it's the human complement to our AI-driven Curiosity Coaches, not a replacement for them. As a mentor, you're matched to a single Dreamer for a defined term, working in the discipline you actually practice, with sessions mapped to a specific Dream Quest milestone that has a clear start and finish. If working alongside an intern on a project sounds like a better fit than mentoring one Dreamer through a milestone, the internship track above is the one to look at instead.
